Rental Terms
Conditions of Reservation
Once we have received your booking we will confirm availability and your reservation.
We will also forward your invoice, together with instructions to find the flat and
where to collect the keys. There will be a 50% deposit charged to your card
if the booking is over 6 weeks away. If within 6 weeks the full amount will be charged.
There is a 2.5% charge on all credit cards. There is no charge for debit cards.
Alternatively payment can be made by bank transfer in pounds sterling. The booking
is non transferable. The apartment must only be occupied by the persons listed on
the booking form, otherwise the contract will be non and void.
Cancellation
Should it be necessary to cancel your booking with us, a full refund will be made
of your deposit less £50 for administration and bank charges up to 6 weeks
prior to your arrival date. After this date refunds will only be made if the apartment
can be relet.
Cleaning Service
All our flats are serviced once a week when the linen and towels are changed, the
flat hovered and dusted. During your stay you will be responsible for your own cleaning,
however should you require a cleaning service we can arrange this at the rate of
£10 per hour with a minimum of 3 hour visit. Please let us know if you require
this service. If it is found necessary that professional cleaning is required when
you vacate a charge will be deducted from your credit card to cover the cost.
Arrivals and Departures
Your apartment will be ready for you from 4pm on the day of arrival. You must vacate
the property on your day of departure by 10am.
Limitation of Liability
Lamington Management Limited reserve the right in the case of unforeseen circumstances
resulting in property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a
property of similar standard and sleeping capacity. Lamington is not liable for
any accident, loss or damage sustained during the let.
Acceptance
The completion of a booking confirms your acceptance of these terms.
